Union Pubic Service Commission (UPSC) is the personnel agency of Indian government. It generally recruits the Group A and Group B level officers for Indian administration. Civil Services Examination is the most renowned and prestigious exam conducted by the UPSC. There are three stages of this exam. First one is ‘Preliminary Exam’.
